This new home was built in 2009. The original home was demolished and in its place, we built a new 1,600 square foot home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, complete with backyard fire pit. On the exterior, natural stone was used throughout the landscape to hide the many large concrete retaining walls. Paired with cedar shake siding, copper gutters & downspouts, stained wood trim and sage green windows,
On the interior, the final design has a refined rustic style with lots of natural elements throughout the home including rustic knotty alder shaker-style cabinets with oil-rubbed bronze hardware & fixtures, creamy quartz countertops, warm hardwood flooring, natural stone tile in the bathrooms, and exposed, hand-hewn beams in many of the ceilings.
