Home addition and Remodel, Carmel-by-the-sea
Valley view is a 3,900 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. We completed an addition onto the home as well as a full home renovation to bring out the natural beauty in this Tuscan inspired home.
Most of the floors and interior beams were changed to include more natural woods in a minimalist style. Windows were left with a natural stain and multiple decks and patios were installed to create a villa-like property layout and atmosphere.
The interior features granite countertops and significant stonework, which is also representative on the outside of the home. The pathways and rock stone walls bring a feeling of the romance of the Mediterranean to Carmel-by-the-Sea.
