Toyon

This was a very special home remodel that was actually closer to a full home construction. This finished home was a combination of three separate structures that were combined to create a cohesive living space in the classic, California ranch style. The home design and construction were completed by custom home builder Hastings Construction in Carmel.

This home remodel included a complete floor plan re-design and included the construction of an additional guest house. The owners were very happy with the finished modern farm house style with subtle fixtures and appliances. We utilized nickel board, exposed beams, and white finishes to create a cozy, modern living space. The indoor-outdoor feeling was completed with beautiful sliding doors overlooking Garland Park.
