home Design and Remodel, Pebble Beach
Located in Pebble Beach, this large remodel project began in 2019 and was completed in 2020. This beautiful 2,800 square foot home was completely redone from the inside out. The original ranch style home was built in the early ’70s and needed some updating.
Our in-house Designer, Angie Phares, redesigned the home to take advantage of the ocean view by adding multiple large windows & sliding glass doors as well as adding a front deck. The homeowners wanted an American Farmhouse style exterior, so we replaced the original siding with board & battens painting them white, new black gutters & downspouts, and added white cedar corbels to tie in with the newly refinished Garapa stairs & decking.
On the interior we opened things up, creating a more open concept floor plan, as well as reconfigured the existing space to better fit the homeowner's needs. We merged the Dining room & Kitchen and opened it up to the living room, vaulted & raised ceilings throughout, and redesigned the sunroom to create a breakfast nook with built-in bench seating. We created 2 new ensuites as well as designed a bunk room. The home features many updates including all new panel-front & stainless steel appliances, flat-panel cabinets with brass & bronze hardware, white Silestone countertops, custom tile, Homerwood Charcoal hardwood flooring, and of course shiplap.
